We provide services throughout Baltimore County, Harford County, Howard County, and surrounding Maryland areas. Services outside standard coverage areas may require additional fees or scheduling adjustments.

10. Dispute Resolution – Mandatory Mediation & Arbitration

Pre-Litigation Mediation

Prior to initiating arbitration or legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith mediation conducted in Baltimore County, Maryland.

Binding Arbitration

If mediation does not resolve the dispute, any claim, controversy, or dispute arising out of or relating to the use of this website or services provided by Safe Home Maryland LLC shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Baltimore County, Maryland.

Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

The parties waive the right to trial by jury and participation in any class action proceeding.
